04 Questions before you begin
Answers about this service, in one place.
Do I need to connect to the system or provide an account first?
Not required. Cost diagnosis only uses the bill files exported by your own backend, and does not connect to any of your systems or account numbers.
What is the relationship between TrimSteer and KeelSteer?
Two parallel lines of business. TrimSteer does AI cost research, and KeelSteer does enterprise AI implementation delivery; they are closed loops, share knowledge, and advance in parallel, and customers, quotations, and delivery are independent of each other. It’s not an upstream or downstream relationship, nor is it an affiliate relationship.
Do you have any customer cases?
Yes, but the case must be authorized in writing and redact sensitive informationd before it can be disclosed to the public. Therefore, the first thing you see on the official website is the methodology and sample reports - these two do not have to wait for customer authorization, and they can better explain how we work.
What does "Tuninomics" do?
Tunenomics is a company that focuses on "AI cost and implementation": it uses actual measured data to calculate the cost of AI, and then helps companies really use AI. The official website only does one thing - make these two things clear and allow you to check them yourself.
Start with a specific workflow step.
Explain clearly what is being done, which step you want to improve, and which results require human review.
