Welcome to use the Tunenomics (Tuninomics) platform service. This User Agreement is an agreement between you and Tunenomics (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. regarding the use of Tunenomics platform services. Please read the entire content of this Agreement carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance and modification of the agreement

1.1 If you click to confirm or otherwise choose to accept this agreement through the online page, it means that you have reached an agreement with Tunenomics and agree to accept all the contents of this agreement.

1.2 Tunenomics has the right to formulate and modify this agreement and/or various rules from time to time as necessary, and publish them on the platform. Once the changed agreement and rules are published on the platform, they will automatically take effect.

1.3 If you do not agree to the relevant changes, you should immediately stop using the Tunenomics platform services. Your continued use of Tunenomics platform services shall constitute your acceptance of the revised agreement.

2. Service content

The Tunenomics platform provides users with the following services:

• AI cost assessment service: TrimSteer (Personal Edition) and KeelSteer (Enterprise Edition) AI usage cost analysis and optimization suggestions.
• Research report service: Provides research reports, industry analysis and data insights related to AI costs.
• Resource download service: Provides downloads of technical white papers, implementation cases, cost optimization guides and other resources.
• AI Insight Service: Provides the latest information, in-depth articles and expert opinions in the field of AI.
• Business consulting services: Provide enterprises with customized consulting and solutions for AI cost optimization.

3. User registration and account

3.1 Users should provide true, accurate and complete personal information when registering, and ensure the authenticity, accuracy, legality and validity of the submitted information.

3.2 Users should properly keep their accounts and passwords and be responsible for all activities conducted using such accounts and passwords. If you discover any illegal use of your account or security holes, you should notify Tunenomics immediately.

3.3 Users are not allowed to transfer or lend their accounts to others in any form. If the account is misappropriated due to poor maintenance by the user, the user shall be solely responsible.

4. User Code of Conduct

Users should comply with the following specifications when using Tunenomics platform services:

• Comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and shall not use the platform to engage in any illegal activities.
• Do not publish or disseminate any content that is illegal, harmful, obscene, violent, terrifying or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.
• Do not use the platform to conduct any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet.
• Do not infringe the intellectual property rights, trade secrets and other legitimate rights and interests of Tunenomics or third parties.
• Do not use the platform to conduct any behavior that harms the interests of Tunenomics.
• The uploaded data and content should be true and legal, and must not contain malicious code or viruses.

5. Intellectual property rights

5.1 All content on the Tunenomics platform, including but not limited to text, pictures, audios, videos, software, programs, layout designs, trademarks, logos, etc., the intellectual property rights thereof are owned by Tunenomics or related rights holders.

5.2 No one may copy, disseminate, display, modify, sell or otherwise use any content on the platform without the written permission of Tunenomics or the relevant rights holders.

5.3 For the content uploaded to the platform, the user guarantees that it owns legal intellectual property rights or has obtained authorization from the relevant rights holder. Any intellectual property disputes caused by content uploaded by users shall be borne by the users themselves.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 The evaluation results, research reports, optimization suggestions and other content provided by the Tunenomics platform are for reference only and do not constitute any investment, decision-making or professional advice. Users should make independent judgments based on their own circumstances and bear corresponding risks.

6.2 Tunenomics is not responsible for service interruption or data loss due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network failures, hacker attacks, etc.).

6.3 Tunenomics has the right to change, interrupt or terminate some or all services based on business development needs, and will announce it on the platform in advance.

6.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tunenomics is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use or inability to use the platform services.

7. Termination of Agreement

7.1 If a user violates this agreement or platform rules, Tunenomics has the right to take measures such as warnings, restricting functions, suspending services, and terminating accounts, depending on the severity of the case.

7.2 Users can apply to cancel their accounts and terminate this agreement at any time. After the account is canceled, the user will no longer be able to use platform services.

7.3 After the agreement is terminated, Tunenomics has no obligation to retain any information or data in the original account for the user.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 The formation, execution and interpretation of this agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

8.2 If any dispute arises between the two parties regarding the content of this agreement or its execution, they should try their best to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction where Tunenomics is located.

8.3 The titles of this Agreement are only for convenience of reading and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision of this Agreement.
